Savour The Season - Autumn Marks The Return Of Our Hugely Popular Taster Menu Evenings

The popularity of our Taster Menu evenings finds us hosting a series of events over the forthcoming months to celebrate the latter part of the year and the harvests it brings. To complement the dishes served, we’ve paired a flight of wines, carefully selected to enhance bold flavours and gentle notes that more than nod at the season ahead.

November in all its pre-festive glory will be a Celebration of Derbyshire. Ingredients will be sourced from local farmers, growers and producers with a firm emphasis around the meats farmed across our beautiful county.  Dishes will extend over seven courses to exemplify all that is local and fabulous, and promises a night to remember.

December, and the festive frivolities of New Years Eve beckon. An evening that brags of seven courses to tantalise your senses as the celebrations unfold. Inclusions of locally reared meats and ingredients synonymous with the season lead the way across a menu underpinned by Head Chef Gareth's unfaltering ability to weave contemporary twists and innovative creations into longstanding dishes with roots in tradition.
